Also experienced in multimedia, marketing and print design; trained in developing marketing campaigns and used to delivering in deadline-driven environments; skilled in client relations, collateral creation, and managing digital marketing initiatives.

Corporate HR Officer and Training Coordinator

February 2020 - Present

LUEN THAI MACAO COMMERCIAL OFFSHORE COMPANY LIMITED
In charge of overseeing the development of the global HRIS system of Luenthai and collaborate with other business units worldwide so the system can cater to the different needs per company.
I also handle the testing of the system and development of the User Acceptance Training. As the training coordinator, the duties involved were the development of manuals and modules for training and being the facilitator during the training for the system to the various HR departments of Luenthai.

Virtual Executive Assistant to the CEO

January 2019  - Present

Alongside the tasks above, I also provide administrative, travel, and business support to the CEO of Luenthai, Raymond Tan, and other executives of the company. Duties include the travel bookings and arrangements of the CEO, calendar maintenance, planning meetings, , and coordination with high-profile clients.

Produced and developed graphic design projects from concept through completion such as designs for brochures, newsletters, presentations, office posters, and other collaterals. Collaborated with creative teams to design and produce artwork for marketing and promotional materials. 
Key Projects include: the 2019 Corporate Profile of Luen Thai, the 2018 ESG Report of Luen Thai, and the official Branding and Corporate Identity Manual.

Digital Marketing and Sales Specialist

AKABA LTD. DESIGN CO.

In charge of social media and e-Commerce operations of AKABA. Digital marketing initiatives were made to increase awareness for the company and its advocacy. Handled the social media accounts such as posts and customer service support using the following platforms: Facebook, Instagram, Shopify, MailChimp, and the AKABA website. For e-Commerce, tasks included were: sales monitoring and management, distributor relations, and operational duties such as shipping and tracking, and quality control.
